FAQ’s + Policies


ORDER COMPLETION: Orders will ship or be ready for pickup within 10-21 business days. Shipping for Flash Sale items may be extended as demand requires. If faster shipping and order completion is requested, a rush fee of $20 may be added to your order. 

LOCAL PICKUP: Pickup is available to local customers in south east Kansas.  Once order is completed a READY FOR PICKUP notification will be sent to you with instructions for pickup. Bring confirmation of your order at time of pickup.

RETURNS: Personalized merchandise is non-refundable. If there is a mistake with your order please email contact@gravelandgrace.shop. All other merchandise may be returned for store credit and must be used within 12 months of credit being issued. If you wish to make a return, please email contact@gravelandgrace.shop and notify us of your return and order number. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping and the postmarked date must be within 30 days of your order purchase date. 

ORDER CANCELLATION: If you have placed an order but would like to cancel please email contact@gravelandgrace.shop. If fulfillment of your order has already begun the option to cancel will not be available.
